Core metrics

Confirm the time range in the upper-right corner, then review conversations, average first response, average resolution time, and AI participation.

Reports explain where conversations come from and how your team and AI perform. Usage shows consumption for the current cycle, while Subscription shows the current plan, renewal, and purchase options.

Reports#

Depending on the current report page, you can review:

  • conversation, message, and trend data by channel;
  • service and response activity by team member;
  • AI reception, handoff, and resolution performance;
  • learning, skill usage, and proactive outreach results.

Always read the time range and metric definition. A percentage based on a very small sample can look extreme, so review the underlying count as well.

After you select the last 7, 30, or 90 days, or a custom date range, the overview metrics, trends, hourly new conversations, and dimension details use that same range. The hourly card updates its range label and period total. Ranges up to seven days can be compared day by day; longer ranges combine the full period into 24 hourly buckets so you can see when new conversations usually start.

AI usage#

Model generation, planning, retries, knowledge retrieval, and other metered capabilities used while AI answers customers may consume AI Credit. Knowledge import, parsing, indexing, and offline compilation do not consume AI Credit; Yuna usage is also shown separately. Open Settings → Usage to review the current cycle, AI Credit progress and reset date, category breakdowns, and records. Other resource counts are available under Settings → Subscription. Unlimited items show the current count without treating usage as an allowance limit.

Plans and purchases#

Open Settings → Subscription for the current plan, renewal cycle, upgrade options, credit packages, and current pricing. The product is the source of truth for these values.

When data looks inconsistent#

If a report and its detail records appear inconsistent, verify the date range, time zone, and filters, then contact support with the relevant page and conversation context.
