Sign in and enter your workspace

Use the account created for you by a team member. Conversations, customers, channels, and AI assets shown after sign-in belong to the current workspace.

Sign in#

1. Open the YundaDesk address provided by your team.
2. Enter your account and password.
3. Complete any verification shown on the page.
4. Check the workspace name and your account after signing in.

Check access#

Confirm that you can open the Inbox, view connected channels, see the workspace AI configuration, and access the features required by your role.

If sign-in fails#

Check the address and remove accidental spaces from the credentials. If the page reports that the session cannot be activated, the account is disabled, or access is denied, send the time, visible error, and account email to a workspace administrator. Never send a password or verification code.
