1. Account Terms
- These Terms apply to the yundadesk website, web app, mobile or desktop clients, plugins, APIs, integrations, support services, demo booking, trials, subscriptions and future related services. The Privacy Policy, Cookie policy, payment rules, auto-renewal agreement, user conduct rules and supplemental notices form part of these Terms.
- You must have legal capacity and provide true, accurate, complete and lawful registration, booking and billing information. If you use yundadesk for a company, store, team or other organization, you confirm that you are authorized to accept these Terms and manage accounts, members, channels, data and fees.
- You are responsible for protecting accounts, passwords, verification codes, API keys, channel credentials, administrator permissions and payment information. Activity under your account is deemed authorized by you or your organization.
- We reserve the right to verify user information, refuse registration, restrict abnormal accounts or request additional authentication materials. If you discover unauthorized access, abnormal permissions, expired channel authorization or data security risks, you must notify us promptly and cooperate with necessary remediation.
