Full white label from Starter: agencies and service providers deliver under their own or a client's brand, with data and configuration isolated per tenant.

Is it really free? Do I need a credit card?
Yes. Free is $0 with unlimited agents, channels, conversations and messages, 1,000 AI credits a month, and full product features (white label excluded). No credit card required.
Is the free plan a time-boxed trial?
No. Free is one of the four plans — there is no trial countdown and features never lock on a date. You only pay when AI usage grows beyond the monthly included credits and you top up or upgrade.
How do you make money?
From AI credit allowances and white label: Starter at $20/month includes 10,000 AI credits, Pro at $200/month includes 100,000, both with full white label; Enterprise is custom with unlimited AI credits.
What happens when the included AI credits run out?
AI pauses generating new replies while human support continues as normal. You can buy AI credits in the workspace to top up, or upgrade your plan; if no credit pack is available, contact us for more allowance.
Why don't you charge per seat?
Collecting messages and letting a team answer together is table stakes for support software — it shouldn't be a paywall. The cost that actually grows with usage is AI compute, so plans are tiered by AI credits only: your bill follows the work AI does for you, not your headcount.
