White-label / Agencies solution

Deliver one AI support capability to multiple global clients

YundaDesk gives cross-border operators, site-build agencies, support outsourcers, and SaaS integrators a white-label, configurable omnichannel AI support platform. You deliver the capability centrally while clients operate under their own brands and channels.

Built for teams that serve multiple global clients and need unified support delivery plus ongoing operations.
A shared delivery hub connects three separate client kits, each retaining its own brand symbol and message documents.

Common challenges

Delivering support across clients is hard to scale and keep separate

Many clients, inconsistent delivery standards

Every global client has different channels, languages, knowledge bases, and service processes, making delivery expensive to repeat.

White-label brand experience is required

Agencies need to deliver support entry points, consoles, and service experiences under their own brand or each client brand.

Each client must stay separate

When multiple clients share one capability base, messages, customer data, knowledge base, and AI learning results cannot leak across clients.

How YundaDesk solves it

Split agency delivery into clients, brands, capabilities, and operations

Clients managed separately

Each client's channels, members, knowledge base, and AI learning results are managed separately; how they are split is confirmed against your actual structure.

White-label delivery

Present support capabilities under the agency brand or client brand, reducing client awareness of the underlying tool.

Capabilities installed on demand

Install channels, templates, automation, and AI skills by client industry, without paying for capabilities that are not needed.

Unified operations view

Agencies can view client activation, conversation volume, AI coverage, and pending risks from one place.

Typical workflow

From a new client contract to AI support delivery

Set up the new client

Copy an industry template and configure brand, channels, agents, knowledge base, and plan capabilities.

Connect client channels

Connect WhatsApp, Instagram, website widgets, and other channels based on the client business.

Deliver AI support capability

AI answers common questions first and routes risky actions to humans; the agency can help maintain the knowledge base.

Operate and review continuously

Review performance, learning suggestions, pending approvals, and expandable capabilities by client.

FAQ

White-label delivery questions

How far does white-labeling go? Will clients notice they are using YundaDesk?

Full white-labeling is included from the Starter plan ($20 / month), and the help center is on every tier. The support entry point and console can be presented under your brand or your client's brand, reducing client awareness of the underlying tool.

We serve multiple clients. Could their data mix together?

No. Each client's channels, members, knowledge base, and AI learning results are managed separately, so one client's data and learning results never carry over to another.

How do we price this for clients? Is there a per-conversation surcharge?

All four plans are publicly priced: Free, Starter at $20/month, Pro at $200/month, and a custom Enterprise plan. AI credits are included in every plan with no per-conversation surcharge, so you can quote clients directly off the plan pricing.

Every client needs different channels and AI skills. Can we install capabilities on demand?

Yes. Install channels, templates, automation, and AI skills based on each client's industry, without paying for or configuring capabilities they do not need.

Can we onboard a new client quickly, or do we build everything from scratch each time?

You do not start from scratch. Copy the matching industry template, then configure brand, channels, agents, and knowledge base to go live, which delivers faster than building each client's setup from the ground up.
