Review AI Credit usage

AI Credit records the use of AI customer service, Yuna, knowledge processing, and other AI capabilities. Current categories and allowances are shown on the subscription page.

Review usage#

1. Open the subscription or AI Credit records page.
2. Select the current billing period.
3. Review used, remaining, and categorized usage.
4. Investigate unusual dates or capability groups.

A single user request may involve retrieval, tool decisions, and final generation, producing more than one record. Details must come from recorded usage rather than a temporary estimate by Yuna.

When credit is unavailable, new generation or execution may stop. Follow the subscription page guidance instead of treating it as a knowledge or channel failure.
