Review usage and subscription

AI Credit records model generation, planning, retries, and knowledge retrieval for AI customer-service replies. Knowledge import, parsing, indexing, and offline compilation do not consume AI Credit; Yuna usage is separate.

AI Credit records model generation, planning, retries, knowledge retrieval, and other metered capabilities used while AI answers customers. Knowledge import, parsing, indexing, and offline compilation do not consume AI Credit. Yuna usage is also shown separately. The product is the source of truth for current categories and allowances.

Review usage#

  1. Open Settings → Usage.
  2. In the AI Credit section, review the current cycle, used and remaining credit, and category breakdown.
  3. Continue down the page for AI Credit records.
  4. Investigate unusual dates or capability groups.

Other resource and activity counts are available under Settings → Subscription. Finite allowances display a progress bar. Unlimited items display only the current count; that count is not an allowance limit.

Why one action may create multiple records#

A single user request may use several AI capabilities and produce more than one usage record. Details must come from recorded usage rather than a temporary estimate by Yuna.

When credit is unavailable#

When credit is unavailable, new AI answers or actions may stop. Open Settings → Subscription to change the plan or purchase credit instead of treating the issue as a knowledge or channel failure.
