What needs my attention today?

Three things: 2 learning suggestions to review and 1 outreach waiting for your confirmation. Yesterday's auto-resolution hit 84%, up 3 points.

Ask Yuna…Base
Step 1 / 2
Check the structured receipt

A real action reports its outcome, target, and delivery state; Accepted only means it entered the execution path, and even Completed should be read with the delivery state.

Natural-language acknowledgements such as "done" are not proof of execution. A real action produces a structured receipt.

A receipt should show#

  • The outcome;
  • Target or scope;
  • A summary of important content;
  • Processing or delivery state;
  • A link to processing details.

After success, Yuna keeps one durable receipt rather than a second completed card above the composer. For a message to one customer, the link opens that customer conversation. For a broadcast or segment send, it opens the matching outreach result.

Understand receipt states#

Accepted means that processing has started and the message may not have reached an external channel. Even Completed should be interpreted together with the delivery status. Verify important outbound messages in the real customer client.

If no receipt appears#

If no receipt appears, check whether Yuna only created a draft, still waits for confirmation, lacks the required workspace capability, or was blocked by permission and safety checks.
