Use Search above the conversation list.

Search and filters narrow the conversation list without manually scanning every item.

What do Mine and Closed mean in Inbox?#

  • Mine shows open conversations currently assigned to you. It is not a history of every customer you have served. A conversation leaves Mine when it is assigned to someone else or closed.
  • Closed shows closed reception conversations and their message history. Closing a conversation ends that reception episode; it does not prove that the customer's issue is resolved, and it does not delete past messages. Check the customer's request, the reply, and the actual outcome before judging resolution.

The same customer can have closed reception history and a new active conversation. If a conversation disappears from Mine after you close it, switch to Closed and search for the customer.

Enter a customer name or another customer field supported by the page. Results only include workspace data you are allowed to view.

Filter#

Use the available channel, reception state, assignee, unread, or other status filters. Clear filters to restore the complete list.

Conversations have no priority by default. In the first Inbox column, use Urgent / High / Medium / Low in the Priority section to filter the current inbox. These entries appear above the channel filters; select the active level again to restore all conversations. After opening a conversation, use the Set priority / Priority: current level button in the upper-right actions to set or clear it. Priority is used only for labeling and filtering; it does not change the existing order of conversations or messages.

If a conversation is missing#

Clear existing filters, confirm the workspace, try the customer's channel display name, verify your permission, and check whether the channel message reached YundaDesk at all.
