Generated from knowledge

After processing succeeds, questions with reliable answers are picked automatically — not hand-written.

Suggested questions help visitors begin a conversation and help merchants test the AI. They are selected from knowledge that already has reliable answers, not hard-coded marketing buttons.

How questions are selected#

After knowledge processing succeeds, YundaDesk selects questions from the latest successful compilation that are:

  • useful to a broad set of visitors;
  • clear and low risk;
  • independent of an order number, live inventory, or an unavailable tool;
  • free from internal, sensitive, or temporary context.

The system aims for topic diversity instead of repeating several versions of the same question.

Where they appear#

  • Website widget: A few questions can appear before the first conversation starts. They disappear after the visitor sends a message.
  • Playground: A group of clickable questions appears with an option to load another set.

Clicking a question sends it through the normal AI orchestration and trace path. It does not reveal a static stored answer.

When they update#

Questions update after a successful document upload, website sync, or knowledge compilation. If the newest compilation fails, the last successful set remains available so visitors do not see incomplete content.
